Hello and Welcome! to the Fool’s Tarot on this last day of March 2017. In keeping with my 65th birthday the other day, immediately afterward I drew an ‘Extended Riddle of the Sphinx” spread (as given in *Book M: Liber Mundi* by M. M. Meleen, Atu House, Barr, 2015.) My purpose in doing this was two-fold; I wished to obtain a “general lay of the land” at this stage of the Journey. After all, 65 years old is a symbolic number to most American males raised on the post WW-II ideals of happyhappy until the age of 65, then you retire to a golf course in Florida and drink yourself to death, either with your faithful but embittered companion of several centuries, or with your trophy bride panting to get her claws on your estate. Ah, Amerika.
However, more important than checking my progression against an illusory and self-defeating phantomatic timeline, was an absolute NEED to see where the various Mark-parts were lying or arranged on the larger canvas, and how far along the work actually is. I’m quite satisfied with the whole doughnut from my own, inside-here subjective point of view, but I really wanted to take a time-marked (65) “photo” of where “the Project” is in its realization... I haven’t done a bigger spread in quite a while, so it was like diving into a pool and finding my joints had rusted – I pushed ahead, however, and the old techniques came flooding back. Onwards! Here’s how the
draw works; 1, 2, 3, & 4 are dealt Up, Down, Left, Right, (Elements, Directions & Suits all corresponding). The 5th card (center) is drawn from the bottom of the deck and represents, in a way, “spirit,” “outcome,” the “solution,” the “suggested direction.” Then, in the extended version, 4 more cards are dealt following the original elements progression (North, South, West, East; North = to Know, South = To Will, West = to Dare and East = to Be Silent, or close to the chest as in earth-y matters. N – Swords, S – Wands, W - Cups & E – Disks. It isn’t QUITE naturally flowing, but one quickly adapts. A total of 9 cards for the extended reading, 5 for the shorter normal Sphinx.
So, that’s the setup, here is the draw: 1) Queen of Pentacles; 2) 4 of Wands; 3) the Prince of Wands; 4) Two of Wands. #5, the Spirit card, is kept hidden until the very end of the draw, and is revealed LAST. Onward: 6) the Knight of Disks; 7) the Princess of Cups; 8) the Ace of Cups, and 9) XIV Adjustment. Finally, card 5 is revealed and I have drawn XXI the Universe. Thank Anubis for small favors. Or large ones –that was the card I “expected” to see; not that I am convinced I’m ready to transmogrify and bless the earth from my space placenta above the planet. (“Dave, Hello Dave. Do you need to go to the bathroom yet, Dave?”) I just CAN’T go into a card by card analysis of this for you here; one, I don’t want to do it, and two, I don’t plan on writing a novella on the one draw. Suffice it to say that I found the most interest in the plethora of horizontals; in the fact that Swords are NOT present, AT ALL; five of the cards are from the Courts, but there are NO Kings; the only Ace present is of Water, my least comfortable suit; despite any froufrou going on around me, I remark that my central unity/truth has remained constant, I ALWAYS have my eye on the goalpost. There seems to be a lot of “dominion” going on here and not much “moderation” or softness. The Elements are all over the place, but there is a prioritized placing of Fire and Water, if you’ll notice. There are, of
course, oodles more of information to be drawn from these cards, and I have and shall continue to do so. I guess what I’m most struck by concerning the draw seems to be a kind of deceptive “ordinariness” about it, when I am fully aware that there is NOTHING ORDINARY at all going on internationally, nationally, or bringing it down, even personally. My life is changing rapidly, and entering VERY deep waters in which there is no question of taking a break and tiptoeing on the bottom – the bottom is 6 miles down! (The Marianas Trench.) I KNOW I’m in the Big Leagues right now; I’ve been making enough progress in my life, and my guides the cards are helping me to realize that I’m batting at
Yankee Stadium, not the Coachella Birdseed & Memorial Mime Park & Recreation Grounds. I’m in the Big Time, and I’m playing with dice marked not with numbers but with terms of my evolution. I need to be paying extra-special attention to the Sacred Tarot these days; it isn’t simply giving me insights on Dad’s Fudge-packing recipes. (Grin.) In real-life terms, it is a turn once again to more seriously spiritual, meditational Tarot and time away from “social groups.” I need to enter a “deep-fried stage of serious cookery” for a while, to ingest and “fit in” where possible the oddly-shaped jigsaw puzzle pieces of these latter steps of Initiation and cards of the Sacred Tarot. I can go on and on about this draw and my conclusions and suppositions, but I shan’t. Suffice it to say that I find it instructive, a bit disappointing, a bit humbling, and eventually reinforcing, reaffirming and re-founding the forge of my desire to Evolve, Progress and ultimately join with the Divine. I ask the Cosmos to give us ALL the desire & drive to Evolve today. Be Well! Be Zen! Be Blessed!

Good morning and Welcome! to The Fool’s Tarot for 31Mar2017. Guess what?? It’s dress-down Transvestite Friday at the office! Grin. That’s right – guys, get won with your glad rages and some impossibly high heels, and gals, fire up those flats and find a dull grey suit; we’re gender-bending today! LOL, no, not exactly . . . but damn close! I don’t need to see today’s draw as a tableau, it is singular enough as is; Sulfur = XVIII the Moon; Mercury = I the Magus, and Salt = the Prince of Swords. They are ALL, in and of themselves, good cards (“Aren’t they all?” drawled the prison matron. Grin.) To see both my Animus and Anima “unchained” like this, however, and AT THE SAME TIME, surprises me. I wasn’t aware that their trust levels had advanced so remarkably. This isn’t a difficult read, and I’m not going to make it so. My active, male current is off gallivanting at the Court of the Moon, in disguise one hopes!
While my Animus is “horsing around” (strong “lunatic” & hereditary associations & vibrations about the connection between horses and the sea,) he is also no doubt seeking for information that will help us at the actual stage of the Journey at which we find ourselves, XX. As for my Anima, she is 100% behind the idea of adopting the role of Magus today and enjoying a taste of “mastership”; “Rum, Sodomy and the Lash! If it was good enough for the British Navy, it’s good enough for you lot!” Grin.   The Prince of Swords is a very old
avatar of mine, from the days when I had the youth, vitality and energy to be a Prince and after all, Swords WAS my Home Court! Nowadays, however, if I need to see this person as a “person” rather than an energy nexus I think of a dear friend named Sébastien; tall, blond, very “Viking-ish,” and a truly nice young man with a heart of gold and a pure soul. He is also VERY energetic, prone to ACT first, and there is no one more stubborn than him, and I include myself! LOL. I love him as a son, which is fitting for this old & once-upon-a-time King of Swords. I’m going to let it go there today. No muss, no fuss, (“Ginger, take your diet pills! The refrigerator needs to be cleaned!”) I ask the Cosmos to give us ALL a ‘No Muss No Fuss’ day today: Be Well! Be Zen! Be Blessed!

Good morning and Welcome! to the Fool’s Tarot for 30Mar2017. Today I have used my Basics Modified spread and the deck is again the *Tabula Mundi Tarot: Colores Arcus Edition* by M. M. Meleen. We all know how gorgeous I find this deck, how useful, how true, how etc., I shan’t belabor the point. Just buy it and take your Tarot reading to incredible levels, or don’t and remain ignorant and stinking in the dark the rest of your life, with bad breath and large dark hairs sprouting out of the moles on your chin and nose. (LOL – Grin.) Ooops! I see lice running through your hair, too! (Grin.) I’m looking at the cards today and feeling rather Edwardian; “My! Now that’s a handsome woman, indeed!” Not that it is either a woman or dated, it is just my bombast. They really ARE gorgeous cards, and BECAUSE of that, I believe I (we?) tend to imbue them with more of the “mystical vibe” we seek than some other deck of simple black line drawings, which we can appreciate aesthetically yet they have no power to emotionally engage us. (Me.) Today I have drawn: Sulfur = XX the Aeon; Mercury = XII the Hanged Man, and Salt = the Ace of Disks. (“It’s a big role in the school play, Anne-Marie. Don’t fuck it up, or your parents will hear about what you did to William-Joseph in your beginners’ chemistry lab. Do you understand, little missy?” Grin.) (In reference to yesterday’s somewhat brutal pull of XVI the Tower, XIII Death and the Queen of Disks; it turned out that the reading was referring to my breaking with my old lifestyle, “one more time, fer Keerist’s sake!” It really IS time to jettison the old life and dedicate myself wholly and truly to my helping others through Tarot and/or any affiliated subject. [Not that I’m an expert on everything! I just have a pretty good overview of the fields.]) Today it is back to POSITIVE encouragement with the repeated news that my Animus is in the Aeon, my Anima is ready to entirely sacrifice the old for the new and the energy to conduct both of these acts smoothly at the same time is available to me in the Ace of Disks. Raw, rooted, Earth power; Starting Point for Manifestation and the birth of the 3D world. The beginning of the Climb back from the nadir of the Descent. This Ace is the ROOT ACE of the entire Tarot deck; it comes first, and as our root & reality as we take up a deck a cards it is undeniably both powerful and not in a mood to share, much less let go entirely. I LIKE this Ace, the manifestation of Manifestation, and little Harpocrates crouched inside waiting to come out and spit up on your silk tank top. Grin. Check it out – all three cards have eggs awaiting birth – the Aeon has the alembic waiting to give birth to Ouroboros, the Cosmic Egg hanging in the Tree with the Hanged Man, and finally Harpocrates inside, again, the winged Cosmic Egg that arose upon the Lily that rose out of the 1st primordial Mud that issued from the Waters of Chaos.  Whew! That’s a bit like telling how your 2Xgreat-granddad met your 2Xgreat-grandma at the St. Louis World’s Fair in 1904! LOL. These cards obviously aren’t meant for a tableau reading, but I can’t help but go there, of course. And actually, as far as triptychs go, it isn’t bad at all. We have our central “christ-like” figure, flanked by St. Peter (the future, the Aeon) and his ma, the Shekinah, if you like, or the BVM, if you are hopelessly provincial. Grin.) Oh my metropolitans! It’s an orthodox triptych! LOLOLOL. No, it isn’t, but the gold & the colors and the lushness can give it “that” allure. There is nothing wrong with being
“religiously sexy;” there is an entire calendar now of “orthodox priests” involved in a variety of homoerotic  and S/m play scenes, and the taboos are dead in a number of previously forbidden expressions. My point being that what I see here as a tableau is a tale of arrival backed with preparation and inspiration. ALL three cards look really GOOD to me; they are PROMISING cards, they give me overwhelming proof that I still have a job to do, that I’m not being retired yet. I KNOW that one aspect of the job is teaching; I am beginning to suspect that the job is going to involve other equally committed needs and the energy to fuel them must come from me. It is a good feeling to be necessary; it is also a bit frustrating when you aren’t yet sure what the job description is for which you have been wholeheartedly hired. “OK, Mark! Wow, we are really glad to have you on board! We’ve needed someone with your talents for a long time. I know you’ll fit right in and get the hang of it immediately, it will be like old home week for you!” (Oh shit, I sincerely hope not. I love my place & land of birth, but would consider seeing them again as a sign of a backpedaling failure or rebuff.) The Cosmic Egg next to the Hanged Man reminds me of nothing so much as a beehive, and I LOVE bees, and “appreciate” honey for the divine gift it is. He is being ‘reborn,’ in fact, in an anthropological wonderland! Actually, he isn’t a man; he is a god, Odin (notice the missing eye.) The dragon around the Tree is Necksa, the
elemental king of the Undines, another avatar of Neptune, the planet most closely associated with the Hanged Man. Remember, The Hanged Man is sacrificing in order to gain Knowledge! It isn’t a one-way street; he gets something out of it, too, in exchange for the eye he gave to Mimir, the Aesir who was later beheaded and his head carried by Odin for snippets of knowledge & advice. (Wow, eh?) (Apparently, Mimir owns the pool at the foot of Yggdrasil, the World Tree??)  Then there are the “cootie-catchers” with Hebraic letters on either side, his own Eye in the pool below, and the fact that his celebrated body posture is actually the symbol for Sulfur. On the left, in my Animus, is the Wondercard of XX the Aeon, and it is such a beauty that it deserves an entry of its own. (Soon, perhaps?) Here, however, it simply signals that, “Yes, Mark, you HAVE stepped through into the Halls of Judgment, and now we are all just waiting for all the aspects of you & your journey to catch up to you, as they will do sooner or later, before we can get on with the weighing of your heart and your next assignment in the Afterlife.” (Do you think there’s a 401K package and good benefits? LOLOLOL!) I’m ready – I’m more than ready, in so many ways, and not in others nor ever will be, I am sure. That is being “human.” But at the moment I have the most desperate feeling that I am just “marking time,” so to speak, until I can get on the place and get out of this ‘burg and on to the next destination. I’m not in a hurry, but it feels like that; I don’t WANT to die, but I won’t complain if it comes sooner than expected. In the meantime, there is a LOT of work to make sure I leave a clean house and my affairs in order – and I am speaking psychically and metaphysically, not antimacassars and iron-clad testaments. I NEED to make sure I leave the door open behind me. I ask the Cosmos to grant us ALL today the ability to see a glimpse of our endings and beginnings. Be Well! Be Zen! Be Blessed!

Good morning and Welcome! to The Fool’s Tarot for 29Mar2017. Today’s hand was dealt as you see it, WITH THE EXCEPTIONS OF BOTH XVI the Tower and XIII Death being reversed. Even better, eh? I’m not touching this with a 10 ft. divining rod today. It lends itself to a LOT of interpretations, wildly different, and some so “right” or ‘wrong’ ‘after the fact” that it is the kind of hand you dread to see if reading publicly. What do you say, (“Oh fuck!")? S–o-o-o “I ain’t gonna say nuttin’, copper! Go ahead, smack me aroun’, but I ain’t sayin’ nuttin’!” I’m going to resist the temptation to wax ‘metaprolific’ on this one, keep my mouth shut (#4 on the Golden Hit List) and let it play out. I will comment on it briefly in tomorrow’s entry; however, I really DO think it is best to let this one ride unannounced and unintroduced; s/he will make hir own way on the field of honor. For some reason, I’m reminded of the story about meeting Death on the road to Samarra. I will say this; I think this reading has nothing to do with my dropping dead today, “raide mort” as the French say, unless it be from an excess of Enlightenment and the resultant Joy. I’m feeling in the groove, and although not yet “arrived,” I feel I am well on the way and the calèche is rolling nicely along. “Therefore, boys and girls, we shall have to wait until tomorrow to hear the end of our story! It’s nap time now.” “Aww, fuck that, Mrs. Eversgurd! Give us the rest of the fuckin’ story NOW, or you ain’t seen the last of those raisin cookies. We can ALL feel real bad at the stomach all at once, if ya get my drift, ya old bag. Now, the end of the story, pronto!” LOL & Grin. “No, boys and girls, and don’t force me to fetch the razor strop from the closet, either. I said ‘Nap time,’ and I mean “Nap time!’ Hop to it!” LOL. So, until tomorrow, my dear frilled-neck lizards, you – only time will tell, As The World Turns. LOLOLOL.

Good morning and Welcome! to The Fool’s Tarot for 28Mar2017. My usual spread is in use today and the deck is *Le Tarot Flamand* par F. I. Vandenborre, Bruxelles, 1780. It is a VERY unusual Tarot de Marseille deck, and quite funny, though unintentionally so, I am sure. I really enjoy it for its entertainment value. So, let’s take a look at the “omelette,” so to speak, the making of which cannot be constituted without the breaking of several ova. Here are MY alchemical ova for the day: Sulfur = XV le Diable; Mercury = III L’Imperatris, and Salt = la Reine des Deniers. (Devil, Empress, Queen of Coins.) The VERY 1st thing that strikes me about this draw is the ‘bookend’ quality, with my Anima in Empress being the ONLY book on the shelf AND being ignored by my Animus and the engine of Change, the Queen. It makes for a lovely Christian orthodox triptych but it makes for a lonely Tarot reading. My Anima feels alone; the male current is off haring after his usual concerns of exploiting the Devil without being exploited by him, and not paying much attention to III the Empress, whereas the Queen of Coins has energy to spare and to give this construct some power, perhaps even enough to unite it, BUT she doesn’t look prone to do that, does she? No, she’s looking like she couldn’t give a rat’s ass about whatever situation the Empress finds herself in, and I can almost picture her energy jumping across and over the Empress to help the exploration of the Devil, XV. Yes, it’s all subjective, but my intuition is running strong this morning and I am identifying with that Anima/Empress construct way too much to be indifferent to the indifference of the Devil and the Queen. HOWEVER, it isn’t pissing me off, I can both see and feel that; it is simply giving me a very firm and solid center of “There’s only you today, honey, so pull up your pantyhose and get tough!” Grin. It is a decent draw, as far as being ignored and undervalued as a woman goes. (LOLOL, get me, singing the female blues! LOL.)
And actually, I’m fine with that, too, because that falls under one of my “manic Marsha Homemaker” facets, “If you want it done right, do it yourself!” Marsha is a BIG believer in that, and even though she/I am long accustomed “to the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,” it really doesn’t have to bother me to slip on my female identity and get some shit done. Let me tell you a not-so-little secret; when you really want to power up and put your motor in gear, pick up and slip on your Anima-With-A-Purpose mask. You will be an unstoppable bitch, especially if you are already kind of a bitch anyway as a man. LOLOL. The key to understanding here is that the word “bitch” is NOT gendered. Nor is it necessarily bad. For instance, when a badass bitch of a lioness brings down a gazelle, she’s simply feeding her tribe, not being socially perverted and maladapted. Bitches get a bad rap. LOL. Other than that, to tell you the honest-to-fuck truth, I don’t care much what my Animus is up to today, off chasing that will-o’-the-wisp Devil in some phallic pursuit of unity, (we were here YESTERDAY, for Odin’s sake!) and the Queen of Coins is being her usual self in my life, polite, over generous and distant. I have known a number of Coin Queens in my life, and ALL of them, while generous with their resources and kindness, have ALL been intensely private & neurotic women who had a role for me to play in their inner world and “fuck whether I knew the lines or not.” Women love to take care of and then try to control me; they are always successful in the 1st instance and never in the 2nd. Luckily for me AND for them, I DO payoff BIG, just not in the manner which they thought they wanted. Back to the Tableau . . . It is really quite striking, isn’t it, the obviousness of it? Not to mention the weirdnesses and oddities of the cards themselves, which I love. The weirder a TdeM, the better, as far as I’m concerned.  Death reminds me of something not unlike one of those composite Aztec or Mayan gods, with several heads, a plumed jaguar or serpent or two, claws, human arms, etc. This is one of the WEIRDEST TdeM “Deaths” I have ever seen, and it makes me smile. Our cross-eyed empress
and transsexual Queen of Coins (her name used to be Hubert) look absolutely normal by comparison, do they not? Grin. Enough of me joking around – I DO find the figures unintentionally hilarious, but deeply weird with a purpose, as well; they make you think, a LOT, about why you are seeing what you are seeing and what it means TO YOU. (The more I look at Harriet, the Queen of Coins, the more I see the old Hubert, before she followed her idol Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner, who by the way makes a LOUSY-looking female as well. Her Majesty looks capable, alright, but FAR less concerned for “you” as she is concerned for herself – it isn’t hard to imagine that coin as a mirror.) As a “Queen of Coins” myself, (when it falls to me, of course; I do not make a habit of deliberately straying from my gender except to be my Anima,) I know the power of patronage and encouragement, and that whole energy construct works better with someone like me anyway, someone who doesn’t give a flying frog about “the value of a dollar.” I have never had the false reverence, worship & respect for the blind green god Mammon that so many others have practiced since birth. It isn’t that my parents weren’t faithful to Mammon, they were, and they tried to instill that value in all three of their children; I, alone of the three, and the eldest, chose to believe it was a crock of horseshit. Money was so universally easy, I saw; why get all in a lather about it? It’s only a tool, a screwdriver! “Good gawd, get a grip, Gloria!” Poor, rich, in-between; been there, done that, and IT DOESN’T MATTER. Thank the formless Divine that THAT is one delusion under which I do not belabor myself.  So. .  Mark the phallus is off chasing the Devil; Mark the uterus is staying home to guard the fort and seek to fill the universe with love and plenty, and Mark the jingly Queen is somewhere in her counting house, not particularly concerned but on call if needed for a dose of Good, Common sense. Thanks, Oprah. I ask the Cosmos to grant us ALL today the sight to see beyond the material to the heart of a matter. Be Well! Be Zen! Be Blessed!

Good morning and Welcome! to The Fool’s Tarot for 27mar2017. Today I have used my daily spread, the 3 Basics Modified, and the deck today is the *Tabula Mundi Tarot* (colored edition) by M. M. Meleen. I have drawn: Sulfur = XX the Aeon; Mercury = X Fortune, and Salt = the Knight of Wands (this deck follows Crowley, so Knight = King, i.e. Princess, Prince, Queen and finally Knight.) If you
don’t know this deck, you should. It is simply amazing, and gives amazing reads. I could go on & on, but shan’t. I consider this deck to be among my top 5 decks of all time, due to the way it works for me. And let’s be honest – the way it looks, too, because it is simply downright eye-dazzlingly beautiful. Truly a labor of love, and the Babalon edition I received has every conceivable “bell & whistle” for which you could wish. A truly magnificent, modern deck. Onward & upward, in a way. Today is my birthday, and while this is a FABULOUS read, and I like it a lot, I’m giving myself the day off. Look at the cards; we are not seeing any end-of-the-rainbow happy ending here, but a real and hard-worked-for one. I have been receiving this reading, or a variation on this reading, steadily for the past month. As “pretty” as this is, it isn’t saying anything new; outlining an exit strategy for when I am ready to “shuffle off this mortal coil,” it is telling me nothing new, although in a most attractive way. So, I’m off to go find out what being 65 is all about, and I shall keep in mind that apotheosis grows near . I ask the Cosmos to give us ALL today a reason to celebrate. Be Well! Be Zen! Be Blessed!

Good morning and Welcome! to The Fool’s Tarot for 26Mar2017. Today I have used my usual spread, the Basics Modified, and the deck is *The Tarot of the Holy Light* by Christine Payne-Towler & Michael Dowers. Today’s draw is: Sulfur = XV the Devil; Mercury = XI Strength, and Salt = the King of Swords. EVERY time I use this deck, I think, “WHY aren’t I using this deck every single damn day??” Well, mainly because the needs of the blog dictate the rotation. You have to keep the public interested, and one deck continually used won’t do that. It is a shame in the case of this deck and its accompanying book, eponymously named. If any “decent” tarologue sat down for three months with ONLY this deck and this book, that person would come out of the session with an astounding, logarithmically advanced understanding of Tarot as both Art and Science. Yes, it is THAT good, one of the handful you MUST rescue in the Revolution. Enough; Onward and Upward! Today’s draw delights me, and that is at most a kind of vague, nebulous concept, a bit wispy around the edges; This isn’t a “tableau” reading, obviously, and yet I am looking at it as such and smiling to myself for unknown reasons. (Note to self: new drugs working. ) For one thing, THIS is EXACTLY an idealized portrait of how I see myself in Totality, as a human being on the Path, ever-evolving forward to manifest a final transformation into the unconscious soup of the ultimate Divine. (Slurp, slurp.) Let’s look at the cards for what they actually ARE. If I could quote Ms. Payne-Towler’s entire chapter on XV the Devil here I would do it, it is SO perfectly self-explanatory and commonsensical. No, of course it isn’t the “demonic, Baphomet-like, sign your name in blood and kiss my anus” devil; I will, however, quote this, from *Tarot of the Holy Light” by Christine Payne-Towler & Michael Dowers [artist, I believe], Noreah/Brownfield Press, n/a, 2015; “In the Eros magic event pictured on the Devil from *Tarot of the Holy Light,* both sides of the self are so illuminated and attuned that they dissolve out of their individual separateness and coagulate in the heart of the other, fusing into a mutual “yes.” The opposites which have been purified are now reunited at a higher order of functionality. Two-headed Lucifer, the Light-bringer or Daystar,
provides the meeting-ground for the reborn animus and anima. Implications include shedding acculturation, awakening of the suppressed self, shamanic shape-shifting and renewed libido. Trump 15 grants the return of the parts of one's innate being that have been tabooed, scapegoated, attacked, and castigated. We discover what we have been missing and seeking within ourselves after all.” I love that; it is a perfectly rational, inclusive and Truthful look at the archetype, and at the secret hermetic tradition that lies behind the card and its depiction of the “devil.” I can see this easily in myself at most times, not just today, and today doesn’t “intuit” as if it is going to be a “demonic” day. However, as a police sketch of the arrogant and blinkered Traveler rushing along the road because by-gawd-he’s-going-to-get-there-or-divine-heads-will-roll!! Grin. Yeah, I get that way sometimes, in a hurry to be perfected and freed, and I must remind myself that it is a process and it will take the time that it takes, so-get-over-yourself-you-daytime-drama-queen! LOL. The Devil is such a RICH minefield of symbolism, cliché, hidden truths and not-so-hidden assumptions that s/he really is quite mind-boggling as a concept – but NOT sitting on your shoulder telling you, “Go ahead, sleep with her, her husband is away!” (Or substitute “him” & “wife.” ½ & ½. We’ve ALL got gonads .Hopefully we are learning to let them lie fallow! Grin.)  I want to dwell more on this card, but in the interest of space. . . {{sigh.}} Running with the lions is my Anima’s chosen role today, as the figure XI Strength. (When I saw that Ms. Payne-Towler had followed the “XI = Strength” convention, it was hard not calling my friends in Rome and having a Papal Interdict issued against her, but better sense prevailed. Just. (BIG Grin.) Then I reasoned, “Well, poor victimized thing, she has no choice. She is, after all, reconstructing and re-illuminating the Continental Tarot tradition. Think of her like K in the Castle, Mark . . .” GRIN.) I’m joking, of course, because Christine knows her stuff, and displays it brilliantly in both deck & book. I can see Anima today as Strength – she’s having to bolster the almost-ego ride of the Animus today, after all, so a united energy base and a firm handle on the Self is just what is need to keep him from jumping off of the deep end. Silly man. Finally, shaking my pretty, blonde-ringleted head from side to side as I lay tied to the railroad tracks,
“But WHERE, Mr. Whiplash? Oh where shall I find the rent in time?” “Right where you left it, Pearl Pureheart! With a man!! Ahahahaha!!” Of course, Snidely is trying to get under pretty Pearl’s skin, but what he says isn’t true; she didn’t “leave” the energy anywhere, it is riding to her rescue in the form of the King of Swords. Snidely Whiplash is a spineless weasel, and at the first sight of Dudley Doright, the King, he skedaddles. That isn’t to say that I’m feeling very “Dudley Doright-ish” today, I’m not. But I understand the ENERGY of this configuration intimately, having lived it for a good part of my adulthood. As I’ve been going on ad nauseum recently, the change from the Swords suit to the Wands was BIG for me; a(n) once-in-a-lifetime event. It is a natural progression, of course, making one’s way through the steps of the Tarot and experiencing the Journey full on; it happens in a lifetime that the time may have “evolved” for you to change Houses, and to begin the long progression from birth to King in the next, “higher” suit. (Theoretically, no one suit is “higher” than the other; however, if you think like that, you need to visualize the Tree of Life as a non-sequential system as well; not so fuckin’ easy, eh, Jack? The fact that “that way” it is actually much closer to the truth “makes no nevermind.” “Don’t confuse me with facts, Ma’am!”) Despite all the brouhaha and been-there-done-that of this card, he is an old friend who I am quite happy to see, as he carries a high charge of Energy indeed! He is Aquarius, and he is perfect here, because he is also the “Adjudicator.” Faithfulness incarnate, his eye is always on the greater good, and he is not above using his considerable influence and force to STRONGLY suggest to XV and XI that it would be in everyone’s best interest if they made common cause today and didn’t let their sometimes diametrically opposite differences get in the way. All good; I love a gentle bully. Grin. I ask the Cosmos today to give us ALL Male Strength and Female Wisdom to navigate the waterfalls today. Be Well! Be Zen! Be Blessed!

Good morning and Welcome! to The Fool’s Tarot for 25Mar2017. The spread is the usual Basics Modified and the deck today is the *Golden Dawn Temple Tarot* by N. Farrell, H. Wendrich & N. Wendrich. A large, colorful deck (color schemes assigned by the GD to the MA) and some damn fine symbolism make the read clear, concise and the color schemes do have an effect on how one reads the cards. Today I have: Sulfur = XXI the Universe; Mercury = XIV Temperance, and Salt = the Prince of Swords. (I’m having a hard time concentrating on writing right now; we are having a classic thunderstorm with dark skies, lightning, faint thunder and torrential rain with wind. I LOVE weather like this, as long as I’m not at sea. A truly “atmospheric” way to start the day! ) It is a fine reading, if a bit on the repetitive side. I don’t want to seem ungrateful, I really don’t, but yeah, yeah, I GET it! My animus is moving towards total divestment of self and reunification with the Divine while my Female/Mercury/passive/anima is counseling, nay demanding, moderation and “take it slow & easy” as I “mount the steps” towards reunification with the Divine, on WHATEVER level or degree of experience I am slated to experience THIS TIME AROUND. Never let us forget that this ISN’T a one-time Journey; we repeat the Path, the Journey, again and again, EXACTLY as if we are folding and tempering metal over and over again to make the most refined & tensile “soul steel” possible,
to ascend higher and higher where only more & more refined states of being can exist. As I head into the second half of my sixties, I feel more than a little good that I was able to do so much work this time around on love, and Love, and loving and being loved. And What the Fuck It Means! Grin. I’m not saying I have the nut cracked, but I WAS able to transcend some crippling limits imposed on me (by myself?) and to see desire for Desire, and the trap that it always is. So, XXI the Universe (Animus) is powering up to get out and up there and go to work among the stars; hell, he’s straining at the bit! LOL. Anima, however, is laying a gently restraining hand on his forearm, saying, “Whoa, Mister! If you want to do this correctly, to do it ‘right,’ then slow down your hasty pace and enter the Celestial City, “as one long prepared and graced with Courage.” (C.P. Cavafy) And where is the wellspring, the Pegasus that will carry me to that City? “Look! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No! It’s . . . the Prince of Swords!” If he wasn’t so damned stubborn, distrustful & suspicious he’d be a damn fine guy! LOLOL – yeah, I would have been. This is ME, a long time ago, when I was full of fire and ice and testosterone straight up with an olive. “I was something,” I think, shaking my head and truly wondering how I made it out of my own life alive; I shouldn’t have, you know. I’m one of those people who live by the maxim that I shall have no regrets when I step through the Portal. Sing it, Edith, Sing It! Grin. Away from my Youth now, to a large degree (I have kept an insatiable curiosity, a rather vulgar sense of humor and an incisive and curious mind prone to skepticism,)  I have learned to add Patience and Moderation to the mix, as well as ‘amping’ up the Common Sense, a quality I always minimized. I’m one of those people who has
been “protected above and beyond all understanding” by higher beings and powers for an ultimate reason, a job for which I would be needed later in life. So here I am, with only the vaguest idea of how to start my day on the job, and simply trusting to the “Known Good,” such as I know it, to not have misplaced or misidentified me, to know what “It” is doing, and that I will be given information on a “need to know basis.” Part B doesn’t always know what critical function it fulfils for Part A in order to produce Part C; it just knows it is vital & necessary IN ITS JOB. I am trusting to the same principle; yes, I have delusions of being someone better, grander than me, but truth to tell I am pretty impressed I’ve made it this far; I had to come from a dark, dark place to get up here in the lands of Light. And for most of my youth the only way POSSIBLE to “go forward, to evolve” was on that destrier charging into the fray, sword drawn and ready to kick the ass of anyone who dared to say that I had no right to leave the darkness, had no right to walk the Path of Light.  I grok this reading; it is as if I am looking at the higher octave of an experience already subjectively understood and yet vague & ‘in flux’ around the outlines, an experience that isn’t a “one-timer,” that is one of those “repeater moments” that mark a “Pay Attention, Pal!” moment in one’s life. I’m going to jot down some quick facts on the cards before I sign off. XXI – “The Great One of the Night of Time.” Progression into higher evolutionary patters & a true Love of life. XIV – “Daughter of the Reconcilers and Bringer Forth of Light.” Inner Realization of duality and pure path to the True Will. An archetype of Healing. The Prince of Swords – “Prince of the Chariot of the Winds, the Prince Emperor of the Sylphs.” Air of Air, striding from 20° Capricorn to 20° Aquarius. Challenge and Stimulation. Attentive precision, unemotional, independent: solitary by preference. That is the basic info wrap-up on the cards, WHICH, HOWEVER, in no way conveys the “read” – that gestalt I “see” & “feel” and “experience” when I look at the spread. Only by “seeing the tableau” can I understand the full import of today’s reading. I ask the Cosmos to give us ALL enhanced insight into our day today. Be Well! Be Zen! Be Blessed!

Good morning and Welcome! to The Fool’s Tarot for 24Mar2017. Please accept my excuses, but my writing, originality and inspiration are on the blink today. I’m starting a new medication and the thing is really putting me through the whammy. All I want to do is sleep, 24 hours a day. OF course that isn’t possible, so I’m fumbling around in semi-consciousness trying to not fall over my own feet. Therefore, in order to provide you with at least some guidance & knowledge in today’s draw, I am excerpting Arthur E. Waite himself in his book, *The Pictorial Key to the Tarot: Being Fragments of a Secret Tradition under the Veil of Divination” by Arthur Edward Waite; Martino Pub., 2012. Why him? Because I decided to take a trip down Memory Lane today and draw with the original Frankenstein’s monster, the Rider/Waite/Smith Tarot. I haven’t used one in a coon’s age! and a sudden wave of debilitating remembrance & fondness swept over me. It’s odd; I expected to be disappointed, but instead am thrilled and giddy to find an old friend who HASN’T worn with age at all and still gives me a frisson, of excitement. Goody goody gum drops. The draw today is “hangin’ around the End Times” again,” an almost normal occurrence these days in my life. I can’t shake the feeling that it is ALL being “wrapped up,” as if the film is ending soon, much sooner than the boob of a lead actor (me) has any suspicion. I do hope that isn’t true, but if it is, so be it, I’m cool with the transition, just the timing could be argued. Well, “on verra.” Today’s draw is; Sulfur = XX Judgement;
Mercury = V the Hierophant, and Slat = the King of Wands. Dynamic, “get a move on!”, “kwitcher lollygaggin’ an’ pick up tha’ there bindlestiff and finish the Journey, damn ye!” Yesterday “bodhisattvahood” was hinted at if I can stay the course and continue my spiritual evolution; while I have my reservations, if my after-death Journey has, as a part, the “duty” of helping still incorporated beings to seeing their way clear into the Light, I can do that with a joyful heart. It isn’t bad, as far as day jobs go. Okay, Onward and Upward! with the Waite elucubrations on his eponymous Tarot deck. I ask the Cosmos to grant us ALL a clear and easy stretch of the Path today. Be Well! Be Zen! Be Blessed!                          XX Judgement: “I have said that this symbol is essentially invariable in all Tarot sets, or at least the variations do not alter its character. The great angel is here encompassed by clouds, but he blows his bannered trumpet, and the cross as usual is displayed on the banner. The dead are rising from their tombs--a woman on the right, a man on the left hand, and between them their child, whose back is turned. But in this card there are more than three who are restored, and it has been thought worthwhile to make this variation as illustrating the insufficiency of current explanations. It should be noted that all the figures are as one in the wonder, adoration and ecstasy expressed by their attitudes. It is the card which registers the accomplishment of the great work of transformation in answer to the summons of the Supernal--which summons is heard and answered from within. Herein is the intimation of a significance which cannot well be carried further in the present place. What is that within us which does sound a trumpet and all that is lower in our nature rises in response--almost in a moment, almost in the twinkling of an eye? Let the card continue to depict, for those who can see no further, the Last judgment and the resurrection in the natural body; but let those who have inward eyes look and discover therewith. They will understand that it has been called truly in the past a card of eternal life, and for this reason it may be compared with that which passes under the name of Temperance.” (Ibid)                                                                                                               V The Hierophant: “He wears the triple crown and is seated between two pillars, but they are not those of the Temple which is guarded by the High Priestess. In his left hand he holds a scepter terminating in the triple cross, and with his right hand he gives the well-known ecclesiastical sign which is called that of esotericism, distinguishing between the manifest and concealed part of doctrine. It is noticeable in this connexion that the High Priestess makes no sign. At his feet are the crossed keys, and two priestly ministers in albs kneel before him. He has been usually called the Pope, which is a particular application of the more general office that he symbolizes. He is the ruling power of external religion, as the High Priestess is the prevailing genius of the esoteric, withdrawn power. The proper meanings of this card have suffered woeful admixture from nearly all hands. Grand Orient says truly that the Hierophant is the power of the keys, exoteric orthodox doctrine, and the outer side of the life which leads to the
doctrine; but he is certainly not the prince of occult doctrine, as another commentator has suggested. He is rather the summa totius theologiæ, when it has passed into the utmost rigidity of expression; but he symbolizes also all things that are righteous and sacred on the manifest side. As such, he is the channel of grace belonging to the world of institution as distinct from that of Nature, and he is the leader of salvation for the human race at large. He is the order and the head of the recognized hierarchy, which is the reflection of another and greater hierarchic order; but it may so happen that the pontiff forgets the significance of this his symbolic state and acts as if he contained within his proper measures all that his sign signifies or his symbol seeks to shew forth. He is not, as it has been thought, philosophy-except on the theological side; he is not inspiration; and he is not religion, although he is a mode of its expression.” (Ibid)                                                              The King of Wands: “The physical and emotional nature to which this card is attributed is dark, ardent, lithe, animated, impassioned, noble. The King uplifts a flowering wand, and wears, like his three correspondences in the remaining suits, what is called a cap of maintenance beneath his crown. He connects with the symbol of the lion, which is emblazoned on the back of his throne. Divinatory meanings: Dark man, friendly, countryman, generally married, honest and conscientious. The card always signifies honesty, and may mean news concerning an unexpected heritage to fall in before very long. Good, but severe; austere, yet tolerant. Generally favorable; may signify a good marriage. Advice that should be followed.” (Ibid)  And finally, a note about today’s reading; I am not dying, nor do I feel that I am, but I am more acutely aware than ever that my time left on this globe of rock & mud is growing logarithmically shorter. I am “trying like hell” to “hothouse” my spiritual evolution in order that I will be in SOME sort of shape to continue the “hike” after I stop at the “rest station.” I LIKE the person I am becoming; he is so much nicer, kinder, more caring, and he actually LOVES people (some, not all. Let’s not lose our heads, eh?) I have fallen in love again, this time with a group of people, my friends; not just “yea, I love my friends,” but more profound, more sincere, more real. I have discovered that I can have all the Love that I want if I am willing to let it in as well as accept a good dose of it from myself for me. I WANT to be better than human-stuck-here. And by damn, I shall be; I Will it so. I AM God, along with every other being in this gorgeous Universe. See you out there on the Royal Road!

Good morning and Welcome! to The Fool’s Tarot for 23Mar2017. It is the usual Basics Modified spread today, and the deck is a megastar favorite, *Tarot Apokalypsis* by Erik C. Dunne (artist) & Kim Huggens (text.) With World mythology for the Major Arcana and specific cultures for the suits, Erik’s particular style of art shines in glory. Ms. Huggen’s text is appropriately equal to the task of accompanying the stunning cards. A definite 5-Star addition for any tarologue’s collection. Onward and Upward! The draw today revealed: Sulfur = XXI the World (see below); Mercury = XIII Death, and Salt = the Princess of Cups. I LIKE today’s reading. About XXI the World . . . when I first drew Sulfur & Mercury, a Major came up that I had forgotten to remove, as it is an extra card to the deck, “The All Gifted.” She looks & sounds like she is one transgalactic step above & beyond XXI the World; she is Pandora, the Giver of Gifts, the All Gifted (supposedly all the gods of Olympus gave her a gift at her creation by Hephaistos. Hesiod.) As a divinatory card, she represents “Giving of oneself to others; bestowing goodness and blessings; identifying one’s strengths so they can be used for the benefit of others or wider community; acknowledging oneself as divinely created and gifted; hope for the future; the self.” (*Tarot Apokalypsis* by Kim Huggens. Allied Fortune, Torino. 2016.) (A part of the limited deluxe edition.) She sounds like a Bodhisattva – oh heck, she doesn’t just sound like one, she IS one; which is rather odd, being Pandora and all, unless the true depth of her tale is told when she is reversed. Nevertheless, there she was, and to be honest, I felt as if I was being shamelessly flattered. Perhaps that is where my animus is aiming now, I don’t know, but I feel I STILL have oodles of work to do to scratch and claw (elegantly!) my way to the summit and XXI.
Yes, and then . . . you turn right around and do it all over again . . . EXCEPT, there seems to be this option offered by this deck, which is of course not the deck’s “creation” of the position but a new awareness of it. Thanks, Erik. Grin. However, still feeling rather Japanese (shame, folks, shame,) I downgraded myself to XXI the World, even though it isn’t really that way at all – The All Gifted doesn’t “follow” the World, it just “seems” that way. Nevertheless, going boldly where no Fool has gone before, I made the switch for blog purposes; I keep in my head what the draw “actually” is. I would be humbled beyond words to attain “boddhisattvahood,” but perhaps a little irked, as well; it would mean staying tied to this planet in order to help others. Hmmm, I don’t kick up my heels at that prospect, but I AM making a conscious effort these days to be “Kind.” So who knows, if it is a part of my Path, then so mote it be, right? Right! Gliding along with the Solar Bark, we arrive at my Mercury for today, XIII Death. Ho-hum, in a way; I have NO fear of death, just anticipation for the next unknown stop. Therefore, when XIII Death makes an appearance, I do not get frissons of mortality; I think “Yeah, yeah, I know, more promises, but I have to wait. Dammit.” When it shows up as it does here, in my anima, I take that to mean she is considering some slightly less urgent sides of the matter, such as practical considerations. I myself have had a few pre-funerary thoughts lately; “What will become of my Tarot decks? Should I will them to somebody specific? Or an org.?” and other similar musings. I insisted, several years back, that my wife & I both obtain “death insurance;” one of us dies, the other makes one phone call and (theoretically) Whisk! all of the details are swept up in the efficient if pale & clammy hands of the funeral director (I like the French; “le pompe funèbre” or “le croque-mort.” Grin!) On the other grey skeletal hand, she may be as eagerly looking forward to “the Jump” as am I, and for similar, if her own, reasons. I see no reason why my anticipation shouldn’t be shared by my whole being, eh? Correct. “No, Bobby, too late; I answered the question myself. Go to the corner and put on the hat.” Grin. Sailing gaily onward, I am NOT surprised to find the Princess of Cups as my
Salt today, the Catalyst that shall motivate the other two to get to work, together. Before I even drew the card, I thought, “It’s going to be Cups today, I know it; the bum’s rush is on for turning on my emotional attention. Intuition is all fine & good, Mark, but hey, pal, if you don’t use your pump you might as well put hot lead in it!” (Jumping into my 1930 Packard, I speed away.) I am a bit scared of the Princesses – gawd, isn’t that a ballless thing to say? LOL. I am of little girls, too. LOLOL. They are so delicate, so alien, so mindlessly cruel it is breathtaking; and they are adored for it, which is all the more a bizarroïde niche of the human psyche. Nevertheless . . . I knew that it was going to be some sort of force like this – guileless, ineluctable, sweet, inevitable and soft-kitty-furred pressure from an iron grip inside the glove. The force, skill, ruthlessness & cunning of Woman is SO vastly underrated and misunderstood. There is a REASON females are the hunter/killers in most species of large predators; they are far more pitiless and dedicated to the kill. The fact that mankind refuses to recognize this is laughable. Okay, okay . . . so there she prances and pirouettes, innocently smiling at you with Sin flaming in her eyes; “but my Gawd, Cavendish, she’s ONLY 13 !!” As my tastes aren’t THAT aberrational (I will never understand the sexual attraction to children,) I see her for the delightful little manipulator she is, all with good intention and large heart. She is “Psyche, goddess of the Soul and Awakening.” (ibid)  Her “Revelation” in the quite beautiful & useful large book that accompanies the deck, is the “Awakening of emotions or love; inner vision; a visionary, mystic, dreamer, or seer; the manifestation of artistic desire; the manifestation of imagination and creativity; putting foundations beneath creative endeavors; a muse; seeking inspiration; twin flames; falling in love; an object of love; the soul being awakened; allowing one’s emotions to be immersive; fertility of the heart; potential of a relationship.” (Ibid)  ALL good stuff, and certainly framed more for the velvet glove than the iron fist, but believe me, the metal tang is there. LOL. I ask the Cosmos to give us ALL the help of “implacable” Love today. Be Well, Be Zen, Be Blessed!

Wednesday, March 22, 2017

Good morning and Welcome! to The Fool’s Tarot for 22Mar2017. I’m going to be cosmically brief today; I’m trying out some new medication from my doctor to control pain, and it has really got me temporarily looped. I understand that eventually it won’t have such a dramatic effect, but for the time being, wow. I’m not much good in the morning right now, although I still rise terribly early. So, on verra . . . (we’ll see.) µHowever, I wanted to at least give you today’s cards with a bit of knowledge, so I’ve called on my old trusted friend, A. E. Thierens to tell you a bit about the cards along the way. I ask the Cosmos to grant us ALL a speedy adjustment today to the changing parameters of Life. Ne Well, Be Zen, Be Blessed!                           XI Strength (Sulfur = male current): “The astrologer says, that the Eleventh house is the house of the 'friends.' This means, that it contains those who are with us, and that which we have within the limit of our power, because 'friendly,' is that which is understood. The forces of nature, which we have mastered, are friendly to us and this is very well expressed by the woman who "is closing the jaws of a lion." The latter stands for passion more particularly. She derives this force from the eternal or superhuman and this is indicated by the lemniscate above her head. In older editions of the card 4 we find half the symbol for Aquarius,
as a line of vibration added to it: Viewed from a purely astrological standpoint it is evident, that the force to conquer Leo should be found in the opposite sign, Aquarius. Early Renaissance must have seen this in the same way, as we find exactly the same image--only with one difference: it is there a young man, not a woman--a man closing the jaws of a lion in the capital of a pillar in the church of St. Andrew-the-Less in Vienna. Which proves at the same time, that the chosen image is not of a very recent date. (Musée du Trocadéro: Paris.) Papus identifies it with the Hebrew letter Kaph, which he says "is a reinforcement of the Gimel--(Gemini)--so that we might say that it designates the hand of man in the act of grasping strongly. Ideas of strength are therefore applied to this letter." We should say it is the grip of friendship. A well-known symbol in many societies of brotherhood consisted of two hands united in a close grip of friendship. "It is connected with the mystery of union . . . in all planes . . ." (Waite), and this also is evident, because we are united with that which we have mastered and with people who are able to respond to our (electric) emanations of thought, or to whose emanations we ourselves respond. Astrological Correspondence = Aquarius.” (*The General Book of the Tarot* by A. E. Thierens, 1930.)  IX the Hermit (Mercury = female current): “Papus: "Humanity fulfilling the function of God the Holy Spirit. The human creative force." Indeed this is clearly Sagittarius for every astrologer. The author might have mentioned in the same line that the Hierophant (Leo) represents God the Son. The Hebrew letter "Thet” represents a roof and suggests the idea of safety and protection . . . protection ensured by wisdom." The astrologer says: the Ninth house is the house of the Master--idea of wisdom and protection in one; the Master in fact shields his disciples like a roof . . . in some way. The sign is that of thought-power, creative mind, idealism, which throw their own light on the things below, and consequently the Sagittarian is remarkable for always seeing things in his own light and trying to throw light on things in order to instruct other people. He is the eternal traveler, the indefatigable walker. And mentally he is always more or less lonely. All this is very distinctly symbolized in the card of the Hermit, which stands for ideas, perspectives, spiritual or moral influences and for light thrown upon the objects of this earth-life. In divination it stands for teachers, legal authorities, advisers and guides, and with the guiding principles in everything and questions, in relation to the Querent. But above all it is his own idealism, etc. The direction in which his thoughts are running. In the older cards the Hermit is
shielding his light on one side with his mantle. This may be indicative of the habit of Sagittarians to evade and disarm contradiction beforehand, knowing by intuition the power of darkness. He is leaning on the staff of knowledge with regard to earthy matters. Waite is perfectly right in saying, that "Prudence is the least of its meanings and the most negligible." Some authors (Mathers) held this card to be the symbol of 'prudence,' but indeed the Sagittarian is not very famous for this virtue, though the card is truly Sagittarian and nothing else. This is again proved by the striking explanation of Waite: "His beacon intimates that 'where I am, you also may be.'" This is the stereotyped way in which a Sagittarian thinks. Astrological Correspondence = Sagittarius.” (Ibid.) And finally, Salt = Catalyst = Father of Pentacles. “The figure calls for no special description the face is rather dark, suggesting also courage, but somewhat lethargic in tendency. The bull's head should be noted as a recurrent symbol on the throne. The sign of this suit is represented throughout as engraved or blazoned with the pentagram, typifying the correspondence of the four elements in human nature and that by which they may be governed. In many old Tarot packs this suit stood for current coin, money, deniers. I have not invented the substitution of pentacles and I have no special cause to sustain in respect of the alternative. But the consensus of divinatory meanings is on the side of some change, because the cards do not happen to deal especially with questions of money. Divinatory Meanings: Valour, realizing intelligence, business and normal intellectual aptitude, sometimes mathematical gifts and attainments of this kind; success in these paths.” (Ibid.)  There you have it. Be Well, Be Blessed!
